Business automation · Poland
All your business routine, on autopilot
From sorting email and answering customers to connecting the business with accounting, Allegro, Amazon and eBay. Almost all of it can run by itself.
- Mail
Letters sorted: orders, questions, invoices
- Customers
“Where is my parcel?” answered with the tracking number
- Allegro
Order taken, stock updated on Amazon and eBay
- InPost · KSeF
Label printed, invoice sent to KSeF
- You
A complaint: the draft reply waits for your decision
- Accounting
Bank statement matched, documents with the accountant
The routine nobody does by hand anymore
- Mail and customersEvery letter is sorted by what it is about. Standard questions get an answer at once, harder ones a ready draft for you.
- Orders and marketplacesOrders from Allegro, Amazon, eBay and your shop land in one place. Stock and prices change everywhere at once.
- Invoices and accountingAn invoice is issued from the order and goes to KSeF. Cost invoices reach your accountant, the bank statement is matched with payments, late payers get a reminder.
- Deliveries and returnsThe label prints by itself and the buyer gets the tracking number. A return is checked against the order and passed on for the refund.
- Morning reportSales, margin, stock and overdue payments arrive as one message in Teams, Telegram or email.
- Documents and deadlinesOffers, contracts and product descriptions are drafted from your templates. VAT, ZUS and contract dates remind you before they are due.
What we connect in Poland
The systems businesses in Poland usually run on. You keep yours: we connect them through an API, file exports or, where nothing else exists, a browser robot.

Yours is not on the list? Send us its name. If it has an API, a file export or a web page, it can usually be connected.
“Almost” means your decisions
Refunds above a limit you set, complaints, contracts and payments stay with a person: the automation prepares them and waits. Your accountant still signs the reports. Every step is logged, so you can see what ran and why.
€125an hournet, for companies
Paid by the hour: you pay for the hours worked.
- You describe the routineOne email is enough: what repeats, in which programs, how much time it takes.
- We pick the first processThe one that eats the most time. You get the estimate in hours before work starts.
- It runs next to your teamUntil the results match what people do by hand. Then it runs alone, and we take the next process.

Questions before you write
Do we have to change our programs?
No. We connect what you already use. Marketplaces are connected only through their official API, so their rules stay met.
What does it cost in total?
The hours worked at the rate above. Services the automation uses, such as a server or an AI model, are billed directly to your accounts.
What about our customers’ data?
Access only to what the process needs, and a data processing agreement under GDPR (umowa powierzenia) before work starts.
What if something changes later?
When a marketplace changes its API or your process changes, we adjust the automation at the same rate.
